Indian Nights
This is the second collection I produced in 2020's lockdown. Again, this collection was inspired by my trip to Chennai, India in 2019. This collection, like all previous collections, has been handwoven by myself and "Indian Nights" differs from "Indian Days" in that it has been woven in merino lambs wool, at 16 e/p/i, giving a lovely handle. Each wrap is a one of a kind piece, with no two in the collection being alike, each measuring 220cm x 75cm prior to finishing, all have a hand stitched hemming stitch, with some of the pieces having an additional purled hem detail.
