Weekend Weaving Classes

More information can be found at the above link. Additional dates for 2012/2013 will be launched very soon.

The Fabric of Life: Weaving Master Class

This summer I will be teaching at Leith School of Art, Edinburgh for the week beginning the 6th of August 2012.

Students will consider the design process fully from initial drawings/mark making to the final weaving process. Working with different yarns, students will be shown how to dress their own four-shaft table loom. A number of weaving techniques will be taught to give a good understanding of the process before making a wearable woven piece. The small class size will allow close tuition from me during this exciting week.

Please click on the link above to make a booking as well as additional information on price, location and all other contact details for The Leith School of Art.
